Carmen and Jose Fuentes are the newest member of the Innisfail Growers Co-operative joining in 2003. With education in Greenhouse Management, they now occupy 16000 square feet of greenhouse filled with tomatoes, mini cucumbers and green beans.

This is our yellow variety of tomato called Bolzano.  All the tomatoes you find at the Innisfail Growers table have been ripened on the plant and picked 1-2 days in advance.  This is what gives them such great home grown flavour!

This is one of my favourite pictures of our son, Benjamin.  He loves to be outside and likes to help whenever he can.  He also enjoys snacking on our sweet, juicy cherry tomatoes.

Our new greenhouses are up and running! The addition of 10,000sqft has given us extra space to grow mini cucumbers, green beans and even more tomatoes. We do not use herbicides or pesticides in our greenhouses. We instead use biological controls, "good" bugs which eat "bad" bugs.
