Regular jam is made with 10 cups of fruit and 14 cups of sugar.
Low sugar jam is made with 10 cups of fruit and 3 cups of sugar.

Vinaigrettes are made by soaking the fruit in vinegar for a minimum of three weeks before the salad dressing is made. Our vinaigrettes are made with honey produced on our farm and canola oil. There are no preservatives or emulsifiers added. So the dressing needs to be shaken each time it is used.

All preserves need to be refrigerated once they are open. All
preserves will store unopened for 6 months.

These items can only be found at our farm or the Calgary Farmers
Market. They are baked. I like to warm them before serving with
ice cream or whip cream.
